What is art?

Is it the feeling in your throat when you see something that moves you?

Is it the breath you take?

Is it the rhythm of your heart that speeds up?

To name art is to miss art, not because art is imprecise, but our words to describe it are, like lobbing softballs at the head of a pin.

At the end of the day, all that matters is whether or not art inspires something in you, makes you feel something you haven’t before.

And if my art inspires that, then that is success.
